EMPLOYEE CODE OF CONDUCT
Overview
At Holiway Consults Limited, it’s essential that all our employees uphold the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and behavior when interacting with our clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. This includes but is not limited to complying with all legal obligations set forth by statutes or other sources of law. The Code of Conduct lays out the behavior standards expected from all employees. Failure to meet these standards may lead to disciplinary action.
In cases of serious misconduct, summary dismissal may be a consequence. If a breach of this policy involves a violation of the law, relevant government authorities or the police may be notified.

● Non-discrimination: Employees are prohibited from engaging in any discriminatory, bullying, or harassing behavior toward customers, clients, co-workers, company management, or the general public.
● Media and Social Media Statements: Employees should not make statements to the media about the company’s business unless authorized by the company. Similarly, they should avoid making statements about the company on social media or other public platforms that may harm the company’s reputation.
● Financial and Other Benefits: Employees are discouraged from accepting financial or other benefits from entities other than the company. If such benefits are accepted, they should comply with the company’s other workplace policies or disclose and obtain explicit permission from the company.
● Outside Employment and Services: Without prior written consent from the company, employees should not engage in any employment or provide services to any person or entity other than the company. Similar consent is required if providing services to a supplier or competitor of the company.
● Conflict of Interest: Employees must immediately disclose any potential, perceived, or actual conflict of interest that may impact their duties, the company’s business, confidential information, or reputational interests. The company may instruct employees to take actions to eliminate or reduce such conflicts, and employees must comply.
● Conduct Impacting Company: Employees should refrain from conduct that, in the company’s opinion, causes damage or potential damage to the company’s property or reputation.
● Prohibited Substance Use: Employees should not use prohibited drugs or alcohol, and they should not come to work while affected by them.
● Non-discrimination: Discrimination based on personal characteristics, including but not limited to sex, race, disability, pregnancy, age, marital status, or sexual orientation, is strictly prohibited.
● Punctuality: Employees are expected to be punctual.
● Respect for Company’s Property: Employees should respect the company’s property.
● Professional Dress Code: Dress appropriately for your role and work environment.
● Responsible Use of Company Resources: Use company resources responsibly for legitimate business purposes.
● Technology Usage: Adhere to the company’s IT policies regarding the use of computers, email, internet, and other technology resources.
● Confidential Information: Maintain the confidentiality of any information, records, or materials acquired during employment, even after termination.
● Upholding Core Values: Behave in a manner that upholds the company’s core values and maintains the company’s integrity and good reputation.
● Reporting Violations: Report any conduct in breach of the above standards or potentially in breach of them without delay.
